May 2009: Dear Friends:

Over the past weeks I have been in contact with you all on the upcoming EC Weekend in Eindhoven from July 2 -5. We have visited a lot of RT85 clubs, and some more visits are planned for the coming weeks.

Time has come to formalize the applications for the Weekend. Attached is the Application Form (under construction, please applicate by email to Jasper van Zutphen), and you are kindly requested to forward it to all your Tablers and Past Members. I also attach an updated Program. A lot of Tablers have indicated that they will come, and there were also quite a number of "definitely maybe's" so we expect a large crowd.

Any questions, just let me know. Feel free to contact me at any time. We at RT85 are very excited about the upcoming EC Weekend and we look forward to welcome as much as participants - including Past Members - as possible.

Some history. Many local Tables maintained close ties with foreign Tables with same table number, including through the annual number meetings. In this way, each Tafelaar an informal international network develop something without the Round Table almost almost impossible thing. Of course, any Tafelaar also visit the international events, such as the European Mediteranean and America's Tablers Meeting and Round Table International (with 45,000 members worldwide). The next annual meeting of Tables 85 will take place in Eindhoven on July 2-5. Stay tuned for more information..
